MY STORY

Graduated in Law, he is a lawyer who carries out the practice of Procedural Law, having extensive experience in the technical management of legal proceedings, mainly in the criminal jurisdiction and also in the civil jurisdiction.

His professional practice has focused on the criminal area, participating in numerous proceedings relating to:

• Fraud, misappropriation and other economic crimes.
• Offences against workers’ rights.
• Offences relating to gender-based violence

Since 2010, he has been a lawyer for the Asociación Víctimas del Terrorismo (Victims of Terrorism Association), where he represents the association as a public and private prosecutor in criminal proceedings relating to terrorism, having participated in numerous proceedings with wide media coverage, such as the attack on the T4, the Faisán case and the proceedings against the Batasuna organisation, among others.
