MY STORY

Lawyer specialised in labour law, with a distinguished career in prestigious law firms, including Ceca Magán Abogados, Garrido Asesores Legales, Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira and Prolaw Abogados. As of June 2023, he joined Legaleaders as a partner of the Employment Law department.

With more than thirty years of experience, Federico has acquired a deep knowledge of the courts of the social jurisdiction, which allows him to provide advisory advice and contentious defence in various labour proceedings. Companies and workers rely on his expertise in cases involving dismissals, challenges to substantial modifications of working conditions, labour and personal conciliation proceedings, permanent disability and social security benefits, among others.

With his comprehensive approach, Federico has led numerous collective redundancy proceedings, both termination and suspensive, for renowned companies. His experience also includes advising on senior management and corporate restructurings, providing effective solutions to business needs.

In addition, Federico has contributed academically by collaborating with the Centro de Estudios Financieros where he has given classes and lectures.

He is also co-author of the Manual “Las diversas modalidades de la contratación temporal”, a reference work in the labour field.
