MY STORY

Graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM).

He has a Master’s degree in taxation and tax consultancy from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (C.E.F.).

Specialist in Financial and Tax Law, with extensive experience in the field of company management, entrepreneurs and professionals, in all matters concerning tax, labour, accounting and commercial advice, assistance before tax inspections and representation before economic-administrative and contentious-administrative bodies.

He also advises on transactions, Due Diligence and corporate restructuring operations and has significant experience in the tax aspects inherent to inheritance law. Since July 2013, he has been legal counsel to the Madrid Agency for the Guardianship of Adults of the Community of Madrid (AMTA), defending the inheritance rights of those under the guardianship of the aforementioned Agency.

He is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid and a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors and Tax Managers (ASEFIGET).

Previously a member of the law firm M.R. FERREIRO Y ASOCIADOS from February 1997 to September 2000. Associate of the law firm GIL TORESANO Y ASOCIADOS, from September 2000 to March 2011.

In March 2011 he founded his own law firm and joined LEGALEADERS in 2021.
