MY STORY

Teresa began her legal career in Mr. Francisco Perales Madueño law firm, specialising in Urban Law, from 1996 to 2001. In 2001 she started working at J&A Garrigues, S.L.P., Administrative Law and Town Planning Department, Madrid, where she worked until 2012.

In 2012 she became a partner of PGR Abogados for 6 years and in October 2018 she founded her own law firm, and then became a member of Legaleaders.

She has also worked as a lecturer on the Executive Urban Planning Programme offered by Centro de Estudios Garrigues and has collaborated with the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona on courses for the training of banking analysts on Law 9/2001, of 17 July, on Land of the Autonomous Community of Madrid.

Other relevant work includes a paper on the valuation system of the State Land Law (Law 8/2007), a conference held at the Garrigues Corporate Headquarters. Collaboration with the Institute for International Research in the course on Urban, Legal and Tax Management of Business Parks and Offices. A lecture on urban planning licences for industrial land, Course on Industrial Land organised by IFAES. And a lecture on planning permission, Course on Administrative Intervention in Land Development organised by IFAES.
